You will learn to whisk ceremonial-grade matcha with a traditional bamboo chasen and layer it with sweet kabocha pumpkin purée and oatly milk while exploring the cultural history of these ingredients. Grab your ticket and join us on the first floor of the FUJIFILM House of Photography in Covent Garden, WC2E 9LH.
