Cancellation Policy

• Please take you shoes off before entering. • Reservations can be made up to 1 hours before the start of your booking to allow us time to prepare the space. • The maximum booking time is 1 hour per group(including 5mins cleaning time) • Multiple bookings made under different names or accounts to extend the duration of a visit are not permitted and may be cancelled at our discretion. • Please take care when enjoying food and drinks in the tatami room. A £50 cleaning or damage fee may be charged if the tatami mats are stained or damaged by spills, food, or drinks. •CCTV is in operation for the safety and security of our guests and property. Any theft, deliberate damage, or removal of display items, decorations, or tatami room furnishings may result in repair or replacement charges and may be reported to the police. • If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 12hours before your booking. You will receive a full refund or be able to transfer your reservation to another available date. • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule bookings for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of the reservation. We kindly ask all guests to help us preserve the tatami room so that everyone can enjoy an authentic and comfortable experience.
